I love my profession as a real estate broker, but I also love helping my broker colleagues. I find it very rewarding to pass on my experience, my knowledge, how I take care of clients and meet their needs, and most of all, my love of the profession. This aspect of my work, coaching, is highly valued at KW URBAIN and it is one of the reasons why I chose this franchise.
I started coaching informally in 2006. I was training brokers in the fields of real estate and social media. Since I derived the same satisfaction from coaching as I did from working with clients who were buying or selling, I decided to register for certified coach training at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) in 2013.
So now, I wear two hats at KW URBAIN. As a coach, I supervise the work of other brokers so that they offer the best possible service to their clients. As the head broker of Team Marie-France Vachon, I ensure that all of the Team's clients receive the personalized and professional service that has built my reputation for more than 28 years.
I dedicate 80% of my coaching time to other professionals, in other words, broker colleagues from all franchises. They might also be future brokers who are looking for information on the profession to find out if real estate brokerage is the right choice for them. The remaining 20% involves more personal coaching: I help people from all backgrounds orient themselves in terms of their professions or education, and in certain cases, even in terms of their relationships.
